Family-Owned Excellence Since 1979

Kleen Stripe was founded in Wichita in 1979 by Max Dyer, who started with just one truck and a parking lot striping machine. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing things right, Max built the business from the ground up—earning a reputation for quality, reliability, and integrity in the asphalt industry.

Over the next 30+ years, Kleen Stripe grew steadily, becoming a trusted name in parking lot maintenance and striping. Today, we’re proud to serve both national brands and local businesses. Our client list includes industry leaders like Boeing, Kroger, Wal-Mart, Target, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and FedEx, as well as Wichita favorites such as QuikTrip, Rusty Eck Ford, Bank of the West, Joe Self Chevrolet, Kwik Shop, Davis Moore Chevrolet, Holland Paving, and Wildcat Construction.

In 2017, Max’s grandson Devin took over the business, continuing the family legacy with the same dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Though Max has semi-retired to enjoy his hot rods, he still lends a hand when needed—keeping the heart of Kleen Stripe alive and well.
